Before choosing a realtor to sell our home, we conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property, time and effort, passionate, financial component and how they promote their listings.
Geri stood out as the best out of all. She had recently sold another home in our community at a record speed and above list price; her marketing strategy selling the house was out of the box; She is also highly energetic and I could tell she puts a lot of work into her listings.
We spoke with Geri and then met with her at our home to took a peak at our home to provide a rough estimate. She kept us well informed on Open House and visits by prospective buyers, ensured our home is kept clean during open house (ensuring sanitation station and people visiting wear shoe covers).
Our house went under contract within a matter of week after we listed it on the market. We accepted and Geri and her team walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience.
